Good news from the courts today. A federal judge rejected the government’s latest attempt to avoid transparency for Elon Musk’s "DOGE," finding that the new evidence they hoped would support the gov's claims has completely backfired.

Today’s hearing in J.G.G. v. Trump shows that this is far from over, but Democracy Forward will do whatever it takes to push back against the president’s unprecedented and unlawful actions to invoke the Alien Enemies Act during peacetime.
