Rehabilitation Program Our Rehabilitation Program allows us to focus on your individual needs and implement a customized treatment plan of care. Our rehabilitation care team understands there can be many challenges when recovering from traumatic injury, stroke or other serious illnesses. Your therapy success is our goal for short-term stay rehabilitation patients, as well as long-term care residents. Interdisciplinary Team Our interdisciplinary team will provide the required support to help the patient regain their previous abilities. On-site physical, speech and occupational therapy programs focus on restoring mobility and independence.
