The DCA #HRTeam is excited to introduce our new Compensation Manager, Donovan Downey! Donovan brings nine years of experience in compensation and Human Resources to DCA. Prior to joining us, he led compensation and rewards at the Veteran’s Health Administration and previously managed compensation for the University of Colorado and Pittsburgh Health Systems. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Wyoming. Donovan remains actively involved with the University, serving as an advisory board member for the Master’s program. Donovan lives in Wyoming with his fiancée, Rachel, their 6-month-old Golden Retriever, and two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities (weather permitting), reading, and spending time with family. Originally from Northern California, Donovan now considers Wyoming home. We are thrilled to have Donovan join our team and look forward to the expertise he will bring to this important role as DCA continues to #grow.
