A network of volunteer dentists and labs that donate comprehensive dental treatment to people with special needs.
About us
Dental Lifeline Network coordinates donated, comprehensive dental treatment for individuals with disabilities, who are elderly or medically fragile, and who cannot seek the dental care they need.. Since 1985, more than 120,000 of our nation’s most vulnerable individuals have received $380 million in life-changing, comprehensive dental care through our flagship program, Donated Dental Services (DDS). Approximately 15,000 dentists and 3,500 dental labs currently volunteer for DDS.

As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, we are recognizing dedicated national staff members who have been with DLN for over a decade. Up next is Shanda, one of our DDS Coordinators! This year, Shanda is celebrating her 22 Year Anniversary with us! She is dedicated to helping patients in need and we are grateful for the role she plays at DLN as she seamlessly coordinates cases. Thank you Shanda for all you do!

Happy Fourth of July! 🎆 As we gather together to celebrate our freedoms, we express our deepest gratitude to our veterans for their service and sacrifice for our country. To demonstrate our commitment to those who have served, we are proud to sponsor the Lifeline Heroes Challenge to help veterans receive much-needed dental care. Check out our blog to read how one Army Veteran named Anthony was helped, and then click the “Donate” button to join us in this important effort: https://bit.ly/45D44wM

We are thrilled to honor and congratulate Dr. Redd, one of our longtime DDS volunteers, with the Top FL DDS Volunteer Award! 👏 This award was given during the Florida Dental Association House of Delegates meeting by Dr. Jeff Ottley, FDA President and DLN•FL Board Secretary/Treasurer. We are so grateful to partner with dentists like Dr. Redd and the FDA to change the lives of those most in need through dental care.

We are so grateful for the partnership of dental suppliers like Henry Schein, who have helped us reach 50 years of incredible service to individuals in need. Both DLN and Henry Schein share a common goal to increase access to dental care for vulnerable individuals, and Dave Steck, President of US Dental Group, has worked to expand DLN's reach across the country to help more people receive critical dental treatment.
