His manager shared, “In the past month, Torry's expertise and experience have significantly contributed to our IT and maintenance projects. He isn’t afraid to troubleshoot any electronic problem and seems to enjoy solving them. His consistent, high-quality work has been incredibly valuable to our company.” Get to know more about Torry and his role at Denver Cold Storage: What excites you most about your role at DCS/DL? “Being challenged by new computer technology and maintenance projects. I also appreciate the chance to use the computer associate degree I earned in 2006.” Who has significantly impacted your career growth? “I believe my ability to adapt, grow, and learn from both past employers and life experiences has been the most significant factor in my career development.” What is your favorite hobby outside of work? “I enjoy visiting amusement parks, riding roller coasters, and researching and writing about their history. I also enjoy restoring and repairing pinball machines.” Share a fun fact about yourself: “I worked for Philadelphia Toboggan Casters Inc. for 6.5 years. 8 years ago, I built the cars for Thunderhawk at Dorney Park, and this year, the coaster turns 100 years old.”
