A DSC employee recently visited Manitoulin Island and captured some fascinating images around the M'Chigeeng First Nation Reserve. The photos include a statue in front of a gas station in M'Chigeeng and the Little Current Swing Bridge, the island's sole land access point. Originally built as a rail bridge in 1912, it was converted for road vehicles in 1946, with the rails removed after rail service ended in the 1980s. #canada #canadian #engineering #design #engineeringsolutions #community
