🚧 Exciting News for Cookie Lovers! We're thrilled to share our latest project at the iconic Reading Terminal Market – the expansion of the Famous 4th St Cookies stand! Here's what we accomplished to enhance your favorite spot: 🔹 Expanded into the existing Mueller's Chocolate stand along Filbert St, adding +/- 300 SF (with a ship's ladder mezzanine staying intact!). 🔹 Renovated the stand's façade to align with the signature Famous 4th St Cookies branding. 🔹 Added new openings for better visibility and a welcoming vibe. 🔹 Designed a marquee concept with columns to match the existing aesthetic. 🔹 Created a new door for seamless passage between the two stands. 🔹 Installed a state-of-the-art Revent oven and a double-door refrigerator for efficiency. 🔹 Added a new POS at the Filbert St window for quicker to-go sales. 🔹 Adjusted sinks and plumbing as needed to optimize the space. 🔹 Enhanced the existing stand with a new door and removed a sink to maximize space, plus an optional new Revent oven at the current location. This expansion is all about bringing you more delicious cookies with improved service and style. 🏆 We are thrilled to announce that our project at 122 N 3rd Street has won a Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance! This historic 5-story warehouse, built in 1852, stands as a proud symbol of the commercial activity that shaped the neighborhood in the 19th century. Thanks to the vision of Zoubek Properties, this iconic building has been transformed into an 8-unit apartment complex with ground-floor retail space and modern amenities. Throughout the renovation, we meticulously preserved the building’s historic elements, including the stunning cast-iron facade, intricate egg-and-dart trim, and beautiful brownstone upper floors. Another impactful project coming to Philadelphia!

Today the zoning board in Philadelphia unanimously approved 2001 E Lehigh Ave. This project is a 6 story building containing 157 dwelling units, 59 below grade parking spaces, a green roof, and 6,543 sf of commercial space on the ground floor. The variances approved included zoning use and height. We are looking forward to continuing to be apart of the transformation of this vital city cooridor along E Lehigh Ave.
