With 50+ years of combined experience, our founders quickly realized the transportation industry no longer prioritizes these three qualities. As a result, we instill these principles into our business cycle all while providing competitive rates and unmatched service. The founders created this company from the “outside-in”, tailoring it to fit customers’ individual needs. From past experience, they understood how frustrating a lack of communication between brokers and customers could be for both parties. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best third party-logistics shipping experience possible, delivering value with worry-free transportation solutions. Our Cradle to the Grave business model allows every one of our customers to have their service tailored specifically to their business needs. Each customer has one point of contact at DestiNation Transport who will handle every one of their loads from start to finish.

Tag!! Steph selected William Hardcastle to be tagged next, and she asked him: Knowing that you are a huge fisherman 🎣 what is your favorite type of fishing (e.g., freshwater, saltwater, fly fishing) and why? Are there any fishing goals or specific species you're hoping to catch in the future? Bill answered: My favorite type of fishing 🐟 is river fishing in places I’ve never been before with my spinning or fly rod. I like hiking around looking for beautiful spots to cast and trying to “read the water” 🌊 to find where the fish are hiding. I don’t always catch fish, but I do always enjoy fishing. A fishing goal I have is to spend a week or 2 on the Rocky Mountain Fly Highway 🏞 – Highway 20 that goes through Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. I’d also love to do a freezer-loading Canadian Walleye fishing trip on one of the lakes that have nothing but fat 24+ inch walleyes and a deep-sea fishing trip where I have to fight a marlin for 4 hours.

TAG!! Matt tagged our amazing Director of HR Steph Turner! He cheated, and asked her 2 questions... but we are rolling with it! He asked her: What are you most proud of with your time @ DT? AND What is your biggest NERD ALERT story (don't lie, we know you're a nerd! 😊 )? She answered: What I am most proud of in my role is how many people I’ve been able to help find a career in freight 🚚 brokering. It’s amazing to see teammates advance in their professional and personal lives, and some of that has to do with how much they enjoy what they do for a living. Yes, I am a huge nerd, 🤓 and I’m grateful I can be that both in and outside of the office. I also like to learn what others are nerds about and see if our passions and interests have any common ground. This year some members of our team wanted to start an afterhours Dungeons & Dragons club, and I got to help get that started. I even made a sign, so we could transform our Conference Room into a D&D space. We named it Transport Tavern. Pretty nerdy, right?

Matt answered: Professionally, I am most proud of the company we have all built. 🏢 Its takes a team effort to do the things we have done with DT, and I wake up every day excited to go to work and enjoy my other partners, staff, and the things we are planning for the future. Personally, I am most proud of my family. 👨👩👧👦 Being married to superwoman is fantastic and makes life easy, and having kids that rock (even when they don’t listen) is pretty awesome too! They are the light💡of my life, hands down. Thank you for all you do for us here at Destination Transport, Matt! 😎
