Please take a look at the attached job listing and share it with your contacts, especially those with finance/accounting skills and a deep commitment to Black liberation! DBCFSN is a Detroit-based, dynamic non-profit organization working to build food sovereignty in Detroit’s Black community. Widely considered a leader in the field, DBCFSN is on the cusp of long-awaited growth with the Detroit Food Commons (home of the Detroit People's Food Co-op) opening in 2024. In addition to food co-op development, DBCFSN has since 2008 operated 7 acre D-Town Farm, specializes in food policy, urban agriculture, youth development and public education, all through the lens of racial, gender, economic and climate justice. In growing, DBCFSN is transitioning to a Co-Executive Director model, beginning with this role. We need someone spectacular to do this job, and we are hoping that either it's you or you can help us find them. Please share widely!
