We are pleased to announce that DevvStream has reached the conclusion of one journey and the start of another. As of July 30, 1pm Pacific Time, the company's Registration Statement on Form S-4, which was filed in connection with the business combination between DevvStream and Focus Impact, has been declared effective by the SEC. This milestone represents the end of a path that began when we filed Form S-4 with the SEC in December of 2023, over 6 months ago. It also represents the beginning of a new path, one that we fully expect will lead to Nasdaq.   Form S-4 is a critical SEC filing used in mergers and acquisitions that ensures transparency by requiring companies to disclose essential information about the transaction, thereby protecting investors and maintaining market integrity. It serves as both a registration statement and a proxy statement, facilitating the regulatory process while ensuring compliance with legal standards. It also serves as one of the major hurdles to the closing of the business combination, following which we anticipate being traded on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “DEVS.”   And this is only the beginning. From here, we will continue our journey toward becoming the most trusted carbon company on earth. Our mission is to fundamentally change any lingering perception of carbon markets as unregulated and lacking oversight.
