Founded in 2001, Diamond America has over 20 years of experience manufacturing custom extruders and partnering with organizations to solve their procurement needs. From small, easy-to-disassemble mobile extruders to massive two-stage kneading and heavy processing extruders, Diamond America assures clients have the right equipment for seamless operations, high efficiency, and maximum return on investment. A range of 1” and 2” standard tabletop extruder models are available. Tabletop extruders enable small batch runs or test applications in a laboratory setting. Other extruders are available in 2", 4", 6" or 8” base models that handle all material types (i.e. rubber, silicone, recyclables). Both models are equipped with robust die assemblies for profile or pellet processing, automated temperature control and cutter options. From pet food to pharmaceutical industries, our footprint spans across the globe. Diamond America’s in-depth testing process ensures companies achieve greater uptime, increased productivity, and greater profitability.
