Mark brings over 18 years of extensive experience in H&H modeling for infrastructure projects, including transportation and flood control design. Mark has contributed to numerous challenging projects, drawing on valuable experience from his work with the Harris County Flood Control District, Montgomery County, and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including riverine and floodplain hydraulic modeling, bridge and culvert design, storm drain systems, and coastal and detention pond design and analysis.
