  • It's only one day away! Business After Hours - Hosted by Evergreen is tomorrow. Plan to attend this event from 4 - 6 PM on Tuesday, October 8. Meet the new management team, tour the facility, as well as network with business professionals and community leaders. Alicia had the opportunity to visit with Tayler Chock, Executive Director of Evergreen and CountryHouse, to discuss the details for the October Business After Hours.   • ☎️💳🛍️Call your favorite ladies! Four weeks from today is Ladies Night Out! Join us under the lights for the 2024 Downtown Dickinson edition on Friday, November 1. Participating businesses will be open from 4 - 8:30 PM for your shopping pleasure. Tickets are on sale now and selling fast! Only a few VIP tickets remain for $50. General admission tickets are $15. Tickets are available at the Chamber, Chambre, Faith Expressions, and The Sweet Melange. To purchase a ticket today, click this link: https://lnkd.in/gKr8Fp-P We made two different price points this year so everyone can participate! VIP tickets include a fashionable swag bag filled with merchandise from participating merchants as well as extra tickets for the bucket raffles. Also included is entrance to a VIP Lounge where ladies can enjoy snacks and mocktails. General admission includes the coupon booklet for the participating businesses. Back by popular demand is the punch card! For the ladies who visit all the participating locations, they will be eligible for a special giveaway. Registration will begin at 4 PM at the SW Art Gallery and Science Center located at 99 Second St E (former City Hall). After you pick up your bag and coupon booklet, you'll head out to the shops. Participants will earn tickets as they shop! The tickets can then be dropped into buckets at the end of the evening back at the SW Art Gallery and Science Center. Drawings will take place at approximately 8:45 PM. Get ready to shop!

  • We saw the first signs of fall on Saturday at the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce Harvest Festival! With over 30 member booths, 10 food trucks, and 15 marketplace vendors on hand, attendees were able to enjoy the day! The Chamber is made up of a small staff, so we rely on our volunteers to help pull off these large community events.
