My boss at the time (God rest his soul) thought I was crazy, but hey, there was a method to the madness. In this field, not many things can be more fulfilling than identifying highly promising individuals and shaping them into world class professionals who are capable of raising the barrier of cyber attack for many businesses. Our end of year party was inspired by many of such events that I have been privileged to be part of at Visa and Tesoro Corporation. And so, it was important to create such experience for these brilliant minds. That raffle draw moment (around 1:54) when our cleaner won an amount that was almost equivalent to her monthly salary was truly priceless and memorable! These past few years, I have learned that this job can be a lot more than hunting down cybercriminals or mounting roadblocks for them. Nothing can be more important than nurturing and working with good people that prevent bad things from happening to businesses. Their mindset, their skill set and their wellbeing determine their output to a very large extent. To the Digiss team, let's go punch 2025 in the face!

Last year at Digiss, we took giant strides toward our multi-year strategic goals so ending the year in style was quite appropriate. Among other things, we prioritized DEVELOPMENT of our workforce and new talents, DELIVERED world class cyber security services, and began the process of INNOVATING a solution that will contribute immensely to the development and sustenance of cyber resilient systems.
