Yesterday, the League Fall 2024 Convening continued with a day of site visits to all eight learning communities across Lindsay Unified School District. The day began with an overview of Lindsay’s district-wide transformation to a performance-based approach from Superintendent Tom Rooney and continued with interactive visits led by learners on “Team Empower” to experience this learner-led work in action. Key insights that emerged throughout the day include the power of learner agency, the importance of a shared vision, and the potential of a collective mindset shift. #EdLeadership #k12education #leaders #education
