Equipping students with the skills + agency to compete in Boston's innovation economy.

About us

In partnership with the community, we foster collective ownership of preparing the next generation of innovators for Boston — our students will become artificial organ designers, ethnical hackers, massive 3D printed building designers, biomimicry engineers, quantum computer programmers, biofabricators + more! We aim to blur the line between high school, college, and industry through triple enrollment pathways, where students are enrolled in rigorous academic and technical studios, early college courses, and connected work-based learning experiences.

  • How Necessary is a College Degree in Today’s Job Market? College enrollment is down 8.5% since 2010. Tuition costs are rising, and student debt is at an all-time high. Only 22% of US adults say the cost of getting a four-year college degree today is worth it. Despite this sentiment, 70% of jobs by 2028 will require a postsecondary credential. How do we best prepare US high school students for the jobs of the future, and is a college degree a necessary part of that path? If it is, how do we reduce the financial burden, and what solutions are out there to put more students on the path to college success? https://lnkd.in/eR6-vWed Vote for our panel here - https://lnkd.in/eW6hXijj
