About us
The Dispute Resolution Center of Thurston County (DRC) has been providing communication and conflict resolution training and services to our community since 1991. The DRC offers a variety of resources to businesses and organizations, individuals, families, and the broader community to manage and resolve conflict, to prevent conflict when possible, and to create a more civil and peaceful community, where individuals, groups, and organizations are supported and connected. The motivating vision is of a South Sound community that has and uses healthy and respectful conflict resolution resolution skills, rooted in the recognition that there is much we have in common, while also honoring our diversity and differences.
