About us

We’re on a mission to generate social and economic equity through entrepreneurship. By staying laser-focused on building programs and infrastructure that remove barriers to entrepreneurship, we enable underrepresented founders to build viable tech startups. We provide access to social and financial capital, education, mentorship, and vital networks. We do this through events, community initiatives and our core 12-week startup accelerator program.

Don’t miss our lineup of speakers at the first ever Austin Tech Week (formerly Austin Startup Week)! Austin Tech Week is a 5-day celebration that unites the brightest minds in Austin’s tech ecosystem focused on growth, innovation, and connection. On Tuesday, October 29th we will be back at DASA for the last week of our 2024 series with the Downtown Austin Alliance. 📖 Case Studies in Closing Wealth Gaps Wealth gaps across race and gender are found at the root cause of many social inequities, like educational outcomes and healthcare access. Entrepreneurship, and in particular the wealth produced in a single generation through ownership, has the potential to close these gaps. Is it working? Our featured speakers are working across industries to create tools for financial inclusivity. On this panel, we will talk about each of their strategies for closing this gap, and the important role of entrepreneurship in boosting success. Lisa Burton O'Toole, PhD, HearstLab Brett Billick, Self Financial, Inc. Karen Gonzalez, JUST Community & DivInc Alum Yamini Sagar, Instarails Learn more and register: https://lnkd.in/gqPS69uJ Come for the conversation, stay for lunch, and hang out afterwards in the Dell Tech Lounge. The Dell Tech Lounge will be open at DASA Tuesday 1-4pm, Wednesday 10am-4pm, and Thursday 2-4pm! DivInc is a community partner to Austin Tech Week.
