    Divurgent strives to create a virtual office environment 💻 by leveraging technology to both promote collaborative working environments and foster office experiences with our coffee breaks ☕ , happy hours 🍹 , wellness challenges 💪 and other activities. To do this, we built the Divurgent Culture Club committee, which is comprised of team members from every department within our organization. Once a month, this committee joins together to brainstorm, collaborate with one another, and plan fun, engaging activities for our team members. Our Culture Club and Divurgent as a whole strive to cultivate a supportive, inclusive culture that fosters team engagement and team relationship. Culture Club puts on monthly coffee breaks and happy hours where team members come together for a break in their day to get to know one another better. Sometimes, we host trivia challenges or play games, and sometimes, we chat about our days or things we enjoy doing outside of the workplace. The Divurgent Culture Club also hosts several events throughout the year, including but not limited to March Madness Bracket Challenges, Fantasy Football Leagues, Wellness Initiatives and Challenges, Name that Tune Challenges, and so much more! In addition to our events and breaks, team members have access to our Team Engagement channels to maintain relationship with another on a variety of topics at any time during the day! We have a Divurgent Pets 🐕 🐈 channel, a Book Club 📖 channel, a Laugh at Work 🤣 channel and a Divurgent Wellness 🏃 channel! Team members regularly post updates and engage in conversation with one another. Since most of our team members are remote or client facing in several locations, the Divurgent Culture Club is committed to fostering a culture of engagement and relationship because fun at work makes the work more fun!
