TransformEd Consulting is a resource for educational institution leaders seeking program evaluation-assessment, strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making support, longitudinal data analysis, organizational development, leadership coaching, and on-site technical assistance. Our mission is to ensure educational opportunities are available to economically disadvantaged learners for their career and college readiness and social self-realization using authoritative primary and secondary research. We are detailed problem-solvers with a mission-driven customer orientation. Practice, scholarship, and a meticulous work ethic comprise our unique amalgam. Johnson is owner-principal. He is a career-long educator who has served as a teacher, adjunct professor, educational consultant, educational administrator, and leadership coach in New York, Indiana, Texas, and Arizona. He has inspired people, developed and enacted strategic plans, steered fundraising campaigns, managed budgets, aligned curriculum, analyzed data, and has taught and trained in a range of settings and at all educational levels. David is also a decorated U.S. Air Force and Reserve veteran who served in various critical settings and capacities during OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM and OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. David holds a doctorate from Indiana University-Bloomington and completed the Associate Certified Coach program in the International Coach Federation accredited Executive and Professional Certificate Program at the University of Texas-Dallas.
