We couldn’t be more pleased to attend Delhi Township’s groundbreaking ceremony for their fire station renovations. The new facility provides four drive-through apparatus bays, renovated office space, a training room, and staff living quarters. The apparatus bay includes a new exhaust system that will improve air quality and promote a healthier living and working environment for the firefighters. 👨🚒 Projects like this don’t happen without a great deal of collaboration and time invested by the Owner, Design Team, and Construction Partners. DLZ is excited and grateful to be part of the process working with Delhi Township and our construction partners at The Wieland Corporation. 👷♂️🚧 We are thankful for the opportunity to work closely with community stakeholders to deliver a modern, professional living accommodations for firefighters and EMTs. 👏 #DelhiTownship #Renovation #Construction

Wow! 1.25 million pounds of steel. Thanks for sharing Meyer Najem! We love working on great projects like this.
Last week, Meyer Najem had the privilege of hosting a Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch to celebrate the incredible progress on the new Morgan County Judicial Campus in Martinsville. We're proud to mark one year on this exciting project! With bricks being laid for the new three-story addition to the existing town hall, the future campus will include: six courtrooms, atrium-style connecting hallway, new voting offices, support staff offices, and more. To date, the team has installed 600 foundational piers, poured 2700 yards of foundation concrete, and used 1.25 million pounds of structural steel. Huge thanks to our partners for their continued support: GM Development, DLZ Corporation, and the incredible subcontractors: Design & Build Electrical Contractors, Purdy Masonry, Berline Construction, inc., Shambaugh & Son, L.P., HVIC, and Vulcan Fire Protection. #MeyerNajem #MorganCountyJudicialCampus #Indiana #AppreciationLunch #Construction #BuildingStrengthInCommunity
