📌 DMaaST EU Project On October 15th, HOLOSS had the pleasure of hosting an online conference on the dimensions ofGender & Ethics. The conference offered significant insights of critical aspects of these dimensions and their association to R&I👩🔬. Gender and ethics issues are essential elements for the holistic development of research endeavors in today's changing research landscape🔩🔬. This conference touched on themes such as how integrating gender and ethics dimensions promotes an inclusive, equal, and ethically sound culture within Horizon Europe and the R&I community. The lack of representation in leadership roles and the ethical dilemmas tied to the tech field are aspects to be aware of and not replicate. Without diverse voices and good ethical conduct we risk building technologies that reinforce existing biases and undermine research quality👾. As we advance in the technological field, we should maintain our commitment to gender sensitive research and key ethical principles that will contribute to the positive impact of our findings🫂. Ces événements nous ont offert des opportunités uniques de : - Accroître notre visibilité auprès des leaders de l'industrie européenne, - Nouer des partenariats stratégiques et renforcer nos collaborations technologiques, - Présenter nos solutions innovantes aux acteurs clés des secteurs aéronautique, spatial et défense, - Consolider notre position en tant qu’acteur incontournable de l’innovation industrielle.
