We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for our mission and who will live out our Goodwill of Central Iowa values of Love, Kindness, and Respect to impact our community through teaching, encouraging, and developing our program participants utilizing successful rehabilitation methods. This position develops, implements, and administers Individual Service Plans (ISPs).  They schedule, supervise, advise on, and monitor activities of participants; maintain records and casefile documentation per program-funder requirements. Direct Service Providers in Day Habilitation develop and implement alternative rehabilitation methods and strategies consistent with program goals and objectives.
