This month's spotlight is not big on the spotlight, but he's an absolute staple of the DMi family, adds life to every room he enters, and we quite literally could not work without him. For 14 (14!!!) years, James Johnson has been at the helm of both DMi's Network AND Tech Administration – ensuring that everything from our private servers and internal network down to everyone's work computer is all lightning-fast and working smoothly with security as strong as his bench press. We don't know how, but on top of his day-to-day duties to keep us safe and operational, he is constantly learning and reading to keep us ahead of the curve with the latest and greatest tech for productivity and security. James's hobbies include sparring with inadequate tech support on the phone, hanging with his beautiful family, asking if you turned it off and on first, lifting weights, and sending trick spam test emails to unsuspecting coworkers. In all seriousness, James' presence at DMi CANNOT be overstated, and he's always willing to help – even when he doesn't have the time, and we're not being the easiest bunch to have patience with.
