How many marketing pitches have hit your inbox over the last week? It's enough to make your head explode. Here's how I sort them out. Some marketing tactics are short term. Some are long term. Some will get you through the season while others will set you up for compound revenue growth. The first kind of marketing makes the phone ring sooner, and keeps your crews in their trucks where you want them. The second type of marketing empowers you to plan growth season after season. Some marketing tactics are 100% on you. Home shows. Showroom events. Little league sponsorships and local "electrification" efforts will require you to do the work.
