At Double O Organics, we're on a mission to turn food, beverages, and pet food waste into nutrient-rich compost. Did you know that many items produced by food and pet food manufacturers can be composted, including those still in their packaging?
Here's how we do it:
🥤 Beverage Waste: We take in expired drinks, separating them from their packaging to begin the composting process.
🍱 Packaged Food: Expired snacks, meals, and pet food are processed, with the packaging separated for proper disposal.
❄️ Frozen, Thawed Food: Even if products have thawed, we can still compost them.
🥫 Canned Food: Cans, whether empty or containing food, are welcomed at our facility for composting.
🧴 Plastic Bottled Drinks and Condiments: Containers with beverages and condiments are processed alongside other compostable materials.
🍚 Dried Food: Expired rice, pasta, grains, and dried fruits, find new life in our compost piles.
🥕 Fruits and Vegetables: Scraps and leftovers from food processing facilities and grocery stores are essential ingredients for our compost.
