With the right mindset, it helps you be process focused instead of only outcome focused. Think about it. In chess, you make a move and know the outcome based on your opponents moves. In poker, there’s a luck component or variable out of your control. Sometimes you make all the right moves in business and get the wrong outcome due to variables out of your control, similar to poker. Sometimes you make the wrong move and it comes out a win.
