This process includes the review of lease documents, the planning of construction projects, and overseeing progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Tenant Project Manager is responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling projects, while also providing a best-in-class service to the end user.

🏙️ Douglas Development Corporation's footprint can soon be found in Pittsburgh! The 26-story Centre City Tower, which Douglas Jemal acquired back in 2021, is set to receive upgrades to its elevators and plumbing, as well as new HVAC units and lighting. The improvements made to the downtown office building will save an estimated 648, 498 kilowatts of electricity and 580, 274 gallons of water annually. 🤯
