Dr. Bronner's is excited & proud to share that our former Vice President of Marketing, Christina Volgyesi, has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and our former Vice President of Constructive Capital, Les Szabo, has been promoted to Chief Strategy & Impact Officer (CSIO)! 🌈 👏 ❤️ Christina & Les' dedication & tenure have been pivotal to the growth & impact of Dr. Bronner's, including with the: • expansion of sales into mass-market channels • expansion of product lines into personal care essentials, like toothpaste • recent introduction of our new Liquid Soap Refill Carton packaging • Dr. Bronner's continued commitment to supporting charity & activism—all while modeling ethical business practices With their dedication, all this & much more has been achieved by Dr. Bronner’s without taking on any outside equity, and while the company has remained independent and family owned. "Dr. Bronner’s has experienced tremendous growth over the last two decades, both in terms of our revenue, and philanthropic and activist budget. We are evolving our organization to better serve our customers, our regenerative organic farmers and fair trade suppliers, and our philanthropic partners and activist causes long into the future. “These two appointments are part of a broader effort to develop and support growth opportunities, bolster our organizational capabilities, and fuel our activist mission in the world.” —David Bronner, Cosmic Engagement Officer (CEO) of Dr. Bronner’s Please help us congratulate Christina & Les! Here's to many more years of living & spreading the All-One Mission to be "generous, fair & loving to Spaceship Earth & all its inhabitants! For We're All One or None! All-One!"

When Humanity Showers founder Jordan Verdin began documenting the stories of unhoused people through portraiture, he identified two critical needs: people need to be seen, and people need to be clean. He then created Humanity Showers — a mobile shower project that provides more than 2,000 free showers (stocked with Dr. Bronner’s) every month for people experiencing homelessness in San Diego, Orange & Los Angeles counties. “We believe that every person deserves access to a shower and dignity, no matter what," Jordan says. Humanity Showers also teams up with grassroots organizations to provide food & water, clothing (socks are always needed), hygiene services, haircuts, and other essential items. Furthermore, once a month, they partner with the District Attorney at pop-up events to provide legal assistance, case management, and health education to help remove barriers to housing. We’re moved & proud to support Humanity Showers, and we hope you feel inspired to support this nonprofit, help challenge & dissolve inhumane stereotypes about homelessness, and show up for people who need you in YOUR community. To see the portraits & stories Jordan captured of some of the people who’ve used Humanity Showers’ services, read our full interview with Jordan here: https://lnkd.in/gXkw58-g
Dr. Bronner's has been such a lifeline and vital support to us at Humanity Showers, it was great to connect with some of their amazing team at the Cause San Diego conference yesterday! I love this company and their commitment towards a more beautiful world, All One!

As a family-owned company located in an expensive Southern California city, we take this benefit seriously. When we learned from our employee surveys that childcare was one of the top stressors for employees who are parents, we increased our childcare assistance benefit to $7,500 per year for all full-time staff. In addition, by providing company-paid health insurance for all benefits-eligible staff, employees who choose an in-network provider can even give birth for free! #FamilyOwned

Here's a chance to do some real good in the world this week!! ❤️ 🤗 The nonprofit crowdfunding platform, Grow Ahead, funds small-scale farmer organization-led projects that address climate change, community preservation, income security, and food sovereignty. This week is their Week of Action, and they've shared three ways we can support small-scale farmers & climate resilience between October 7-11! Click here to help however you can — such as donating, attending a webinar, or sharing these projects with loved ones: https://lnkd.in/eAicaKtj The events will raise awareness & funds for environmentally & socially responsible agroforestry projects, highlighting the importance of farmer-led initiatives to address the dual crises of climate change & global poverty.
Happy Grow Ahead Week of Action!! 🎉 Taking action this week for small-scale farmers and climate resilience is easy as 3, 2, 1! 3️⃣ Projects: Donate this week to help us reach our $50,000 goal! All funds support small-scale farmers & their communities.
