  • We’re thrilled to announce that Ryan® CompanionBot has received a prestigious Commercialization Readiness Pilot (CRP) grant from the NIA! 🎉 This grant will support our mission to enhance Ryan®’s capabilities as we prepare for fundraising and full-scale commercialization. In light of the critical shortage of caregivers and the growing healthcare needs of seniors, especially those with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and AD-related dementia (ADRD), there’s an urgent need for innovative solutions. Ryan® CompanionBot is designed to address this challenge. As an intelligent, expressive, and conversational humanoid social robot, Ryan® has been meticulously developed to: ✅ Enhance the quality of life for older adults with AD/ADRD. ✅ Provide meaningful support to caregivers. ✅ Deliver economic benefits to the healthcare sector. ✅ Assist families caring for seniors with AD/ADRD or those experiencing social isolation. This CRP grant marks a significant step forward in bringing impactful, interactive social robots to the market. Together, we’re shaping the future of care. #Innovation #Healthcare #Robotics #SocialImpact #AlzheimersCare #SeniorCare #RyanCompanionBot

Here to write. If it goes viral, it's not because of me. It's because it's true.

Steve Jobs, in 1985, explains why leadership roles should be filled with great individual contributors, not professional managers. “You know who the best managers are? They’re the great individual contributors who never ever want to be a manager, but decide they have to be a manager, because no one else is going to be able to do as good a job as them.” The best managers know how to do the work and manage the team to get it done.
