Saw cutting: One of the many things we self-perform. We’re relentlessly trying to find additional ways to reduce cost and pass savings along to our clients. That said, we often self-perform: Saw cutting Concrete removal Demolition Pourback’s Backing Specialty install Doors / frame / hardware install Metal framing / Drywall And more. While most GC’s sub these out, we’ll often in-house them! This eliminates subcontractor mark-up and subcontractor P&O. This often saves the end user thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars on their final proposal To get even deeper, we have a creative management approach and a keen eye for VE. You add all these together, it keeps us VERY competitive!
