We move people and businesses to the next level by building people and redefining cultures. Driven is best known for our 2 1/2 Day practical, results-driven, immersive management training program. We believe in keeping clients growing and keeping them for life because training isn't a one-time thing. It plays a part to create awareness and shift behavior; the real work and sustainability is implementation. Our immersion programs are generally held in the mountains of Southern California. These trainings are targeted at leaders, emerging leaders, and teams. We also customize and deliver on-site 2 hour, 4 hour, one day, two day classes for organizations targeted towards specific outcomes: communication, goal setting, presentation skills, high-performance team building, and leadership development.
