About us

The Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana was formed in 1998 by Jack Selby, Senior Vice President of USA Group along with a group of leaders from Duke Realty. This group of thoughtful leaders had a vision to ensure that organizations not only had tools and resources to further their diversity efforts, but provided a safe environment to have diversity dialogue on many topics in a roundtable discussion format. The Roundtable was organized and operated exclusively for public charitable and educational purposes that qualify under provision of the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). In addition to the monthly membership meetings, the Roundtable has evolved into a more strategic organization, focusing on providing quarterly networking events, hosting an annual conferences and providing grant opportunities for organizations to further their diversity efforts.
