DSRT Surf construction progress as of today March 10, 2025. Currently 82 degrees and sunny and just a little over a year from welcoming our first guests and future residents. Our team at Beach Street Holdings alongside our collective project team at #DSRTSurf remains focused and confident we’ll be delivering and making waves at North America’s first man-made surf anchored for-sale residential project by the Spring of 2026. Our 5.5 acre Wavegarden Cove will anchor our 57 villas (see renders) of which our first phase of surf-front (golf/turf out the back) villas is currently on schedule to be complete and available for purchase upon opening.
