About us
At DTJ, we’re all about the big idea – no matter where it comes from. We view all our clients as creative collaborators. It’s how we’ve been able to create remarkable spaces and destinations around the globe from residential and resort environments to themed attractions and public places. We provide architecture, planning and landscape architecture services using an integrated design approach. This means you’ll find us to be both artistic designers and trusted advisors. Our creative solutions engage the contextual and environmental sensitivities of a site, while the thoughtful integration of architecture enhances the experience of a place. Unlike other large design firms, we specialize in a hands-on, customized approach that pushes the boundaries of conventional design, while bringing the best version of our client’s vision to life. Together, we craft spaces and destinations that resonate with the marketplace, excite the imagination and stir the soul.

🎇 Wishing everyone a safe and happy 4th of July! While we can't be poolside today at the Oasis at Palmilla Beach, we're daydreaming about the ultimate relaxation experience it offers. This luxurious pool with a swim-up bar, private cabanas, fountains, and a zero-slope entrance is bliss for families. We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to work on this project, using our Integrated Design approach to create the unique and cohesive place our client envisioned.
