VISION REFRESH 2024 We spent last Friday morning refreshing annual initiatives, reviewing year-to-date progress, and highlighting projects of all sizes and types from across the company. Then it was GAME ON: We spent the afternoon hosting the Inaugural DUDLEY Olympics: Engineering Edition! Graduate Engineers and Project Managers competed in structural engineering events including field verification of structural members, drafting for time, and a Mola model contest. Rest assured, it was a spirited day!

Our admin team presented an excellent company-wide lunch & learn last week, complete with Kahoot trivia and prizes! Topics included invoicing processes, the ins and outs of accounts payable, and a fan favorite - timesheets! Understanding the “why” behind each administrative function helps keep us moving and improving week in and week out. And we all love a good competition!
