At Dune Real Estate Partners we are proud to foster and recognize the growth and accomplishments of our team and to promote qualified individuals internally. We are pleased to announce four new, well-deserving promotions, three on our Investments team and one in our Finance and Accounting group! Alexander Chan has been promoted to Managing Director, he is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities and executing value creation strategies for our Investments team. Monica Scieszka is our newly-named Director on the Investments team and leads our team in sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities and executing value creation strategies. Paul McLaughlin has been promoted to Vice President in our Finance and Accounting group, he is responsible for the quarterly valuation of fund investments and provides fund-level portfolio analytics that inform senior management’s decision making. Joshua Hassid has been promoted to Vice President on our Investments team. In his new position, he will evaluate, underwrite, and lead the due diligence for new investment opportunities as well as help execute the business plans and value creation strategies for Dune’s existing investments.
