Talk about hitting it out of the park! ⚾️ Attorneys Dustin Robinson, Esq. of LumaLex Law, Jonathan Claussen, Esq. of J Claussen Law, P.A., and Robert Josefsberg, Esq. of Podhurst Orseck, have brokered an unprecedented and monumental agreement to allow the auction and sale of Shohei Ohtani’s 50-50 momentous stolen bases/home run baseball. As multiple fans claimed ownership of the baseball, the law firms are jointly representing the baseball’s rightful owner, Christian Zacek, and have reached an agreement with all the other parties involved in litigation that provides clarity to the future buyer that the 50-50 baseball can be sold free and clear of any legal claims against the future buyer. With the auction expected to end tonight and bids reaching $2.1 million, this landmark agreement clears the way for the sale of this iconic piece of sports history.
