Yesterday, our team had the privilege of attending the Baltimore Banner Impact Maryland event at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. Our CEO, Barb Clapp, spoke on the panel "Is there a doctor in the house? Solving a dire shortage in healthcare workers", discussing crucial solutions to address the healthcare workforce crisis. Barb was joined by Michelle Boyle, Lisa Chamness, Karen Evander, Tony Phan, and Zsa-shane' Smith, representing the Dwyer Workforce Development team. A highlight of the day was Barb’s inspiring conversation with Brian D. Pieninck, CEO of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
