Dyndrite develops the leading 3D accelerated computation engine for next-generation additive manufacturing software.
About us
Dyndrite’s mission is to fundamentally affect how geometry is created, transformed and transmitted on a computer. Our Accelerated Computation Engine (ACE), gives hardware and software companies the power, freedom and control necessary to deliver on the potential of digital manufacturing. The Dyndrite Accelerated Computation Engine (ACE) is the world’s first multi-threaded, GPU-accelerated Geometry Software Developer Kit (SDK). Accessible via both C/C++ and Python interfaces, the Dyndrite Engine democratizes access to a hyper-scalable, geometry-agnostic set of digital manufacturing software tools that deliver eyebrow-raising performance. The company licenses the Engine to hardware, software and enterprise customers. Dyndrite’s team of mathematicians, computer scientists, and engineers exist to help our partners and licensees solve the toughest geometry, compute and automation problems so they can deliver production at scale. We aim to ignite their purpose. Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused Investment Fund and former Autodesk CEO Carl Bass. The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Seattle, WA. Dyndrite was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer for 2021. For more information visit: www.dyndrite.com

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for two inspiring days at our Annual Meeting! Together, we celebrated our shared mission of driving innovation and advancing #additivemanufacturing to new heights. Our work is fueled by collaboration, and it's through these connections that we bring transformative ideas to life. A huge thank you to uptownBasel for their support in hosting this event and helping bring our vision to life. 🎉 Day 2 kicked off with the latest insights from the ACAM Community and a warm welcome to our new members: Dyndrite, HBD Additive Manufacturing, HP Deutschland GmbH, Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd and Siemens. We’re thrilled to have you on board and look forward to the fresh perspectives and expertise you’ll bring to our community! 👋 A special highlight was our tour of IonQ where we had a first-hand look at Switzerland’s pioneering quantum computing facility. The IonQ innovation center on the Basel marks a new era in European quantum computing, unlocking revolutionary possibilities for scientific research, industry applications, and technological advancements. 💡 A big thank you to our speakers! Maximilian Wurzer from QuantumBasel shared insights on transformative technologies in quantum computing and AI, Alexander Becker from Basel Area Business & Innovation discussed the ongoing industrial transformation in the Basel region, and Bernd Haase showed how the WBA Aachener Werkzeugbau Akademie GmbH Tool is actively supporting and shaping the tooling industry. We’re excited about the momentum we've built together and look forward to an even brighter 2025 with our ACAM community. Thank you to everyone involved for making this event such a success! 🚀 #amcommunity #3dprinting #acamannualmeeting #navigatingamcomplexity

Automation is a key driver of additive manufacturing adoption. Unlocking new tiers of productivity and capabilities for applications yet to be explored as we continue to develop bigger, better, and faster hardware. With the increase in build volume of course comes an inordinate amount of data that needs to be processed. This data requires compute power. Bigger parts, larger/more dense nests, and finer layer resolutions alone increase slicing times, but combined, require a different approach to how we prepare data for 3D printing. Good is the enemy of great, but perfection is the enemy of good enough. A special thanks to GKN Aerospace's David Bond for his ability to simplify the importance of AM in critical supply chains in industries like Defense that require agility and speed in order to dominate. 1. AM is the cornerstone of Allied Defense Indust. Base Strategies 2. We need to accelerate adoption 3. Supply chains need to be fortified in light of recent events Dyndrite couldn't agree more with these sentiments, as reflected in our recent work with ASTM International Consortium for Materials Data and Standardization (CMDS). "By establishing clear guidelines for generating and managing high-pedigree material datasets, CMDS aims to establish the foundations for manufacturers to innovate faster and create a pathway for industries—especially those that are heavily regulated —to adopt new technologies with confidence in a faster and less costly manner." -Richard Huff Read the full press release here --> https://lnkd.in/ebPCnQCE

Moritz Kolter took the words right out of our mouth!
Does software enable production? Short answer: yes, it does! Many of the barriers we face are commercial rather than technological, such as intellectual property protection or certification. But also on the ease of use many software innovators help to bring AM to the next level. See y'all at Formnext!
