    When you care about growing, learning never stops, and we have an excellent example on our consulting team.    Penny Tootle, PhD, E Source Director of Consulting Program Execution, has earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology! Penny's dissertation investigates the barriers to promotion experienced by Black women in US business environments, addressing their significant underrepresentation in leadership roles. Congratulations, Dr. Tootle! A PhD sure looks good on you! 👏
