Eagle Systems is an independently women-owned business headquartered in California, MD just minutes from the Naval Air Systems Command and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River. With an additional office in Jacksonville, Florida and Fayetteville, North Carolina, Eagle Systems employs approximately 250 multidisciplinary professionals working with NAVAIR, NAWCAD PAX, NAWCAD LKE, NAVSEA, and NRL. Since 1979, we have specialized in furnishing engineering and technical services, program management, logistics support, and administrative services to some of the most sophisticated weapons systems in the DoD arsenal.

    Now Hiring: PMA-290 Financial Analyst (ESI0101) Job Responsibilities: Position directly supports the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Program Office (PMA-290). Duties include conducting financial analysis of PMA-290 programs and supporting development of cost estimates/reports, Team Work Plans, program execution plans, and Command Staffing requirements. Position will also provide financial management recommendations to PMA leadership and BFMs. Requires proficiency with Navy-ERP, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Procurement Management Tool (PMT), and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations, FAR, DFAR, PPBE processes, and DoN procurement policies/ procedures. Position also requires a Secret level security clearance, as well as experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project is desired.     Now Hiring: PMA-207 Sustainment Program Analyst, Journeyman (ESI0100) Job Responsibilities: Position directly supports the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207) as a Level 3 Sustainment IPT program manager/analyst. This position is responsible for supporting the structural safety, obsolescence, sustainment upgrades, acquisition planning, risk management, and systems integration of the USN/USMC C-130 fleets. The position also assists with the acquisition, contracting, budgeting, product support, and sustainment strategies for associated Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) Sustainment contracts. Additionally, duties will include supporting the Level I Sustainment IPTL with development and execution of sustainment contracts to include commercial maintenance and organic sustainment programs, as well as being responsible for the coordination and management of all Naval Sustainment Support (NSS-A) pillar efforts. Additionally, position requires being able to communicate effectively, demonstrate good customer service skills, work independently and in a team environment, and type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Proficiency in use of Defense Travel System (DTS), BASICS II, Common Message Processor (CMP) for Naval Messages, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), and MS Access are highly desired.     Now Hiring: Electrical Engineer (ESI0028) Job Responsibilities: Functions entail providing support for electrical power quality testing and evaluation, including voltage and frequency transients/modulation, voltage distortion, and power interruption on various aircraft, shipboard, ground vehicle, and vendor prototype components and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will interface test articles with programmable power supplies and data acquisition equipment to conduct power quality tests, followed by analysis of test article responses for compliance with MIL-SPECS/MIL-STDs. In particular, candidate must have experience with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, and FAA RTCA DO-160. Position also requires knowledge of test planning, data collection, data analysis, test report writing, and presentation of results. Further requirements include specialized knowledge and experience in the design, installation, operation, calibration, maintenance and repair of power quality test facilities, associated equipment, and their control systems. Must be able to clearly communicate and understand technical requirements/procedures as they pertain to mechanical/electro-mechanical SE/AWSE, while also being capable of performing test and evaluation of SE items independently. Performance of duties may occur in afloat shipboard environments, along with ashore flight-line, hangar, and AO shop locations. Additionally, must possess or be able to obtain licenses/certifications for US Navy forklifts (up to 20K lbs), Category III Overhead Hoist, Aircraft Maintenance Cranes, SE Tow Tractors, Powered Bomb Hoist, Powered Weapons Loaders, and an Airfield Operators License.
