🚀 This 100% Organic Strategy Got Us Our First 7 Customers 🚀 In this week's newsletter, we’re excited to share how we (ESF) attracted our first users without an audience or spending a dime on ads. TLDR: 🔹 Problem: We needed initial users for feedback and product improvement. 🔹 Approach: Leveraged Reddit to find users facing our target pain points. 🔹 Results: Gained 40+ interested people and 7 solid Alpha group users. 🔹 Key Learnings: Personal approach, concise posts, quality over quantity. ❗ The Problem: As new founders, we faced the classic challenge: getting our first users without an audience or marketing budget. We needed to demonstrate our product’s value creatively and cost-effectively. 🛠 The Approach: Reddit became our testing ground. We started by sharing value-driven content and engaging deeply with users. After several iterations, we posted a concise message explaining our project and inviting interested members to join. 📈 The Results: Our efforts led to 19 upvotes and 46 comments. We carefully selected and onboarded 7 highly engaged users, offering personalized 30-minute intro calls to ensure a good fit. 💡 Key Learnings: 1️⃣ Lead with value: Build trust and relationships before making an offer. 2️⃣ Craft concise posts: Too short or too detailed doesn’t work. Find the sweet spot. 3️⃣ Quality over quantity: Focus on getting the right users, even if it doesn’t scale initially. Through genuine engagement and continuous experimentation, we attracted our first users from Reddit without any cost. These early adopters provided invaluable feedback, shaping our product and community.
