The event was a remarkable blend of insightful discussions and transformative experiences. This forum is part of their Reimagining Public Safety Project, which aims to center the Black community with important political issues. Support Representation: Encourage the inclusion of diverse voices in mental health discussions, highlighting the importance of representation in treatment and advocacy. Normalize Seeking Help: Share stories of individuals who have successfully navigated mental health challenges, emphasizing that seeking help is a sign of strength. Utilize Available Resources: Share information about local clinics, helplines, and online directories dedicated to mental health, making it easier for those needing support.
