East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation is proud to announce that the Rural Health Clinic in Wellsville has qualified to be a 340B plan site. This enables the clinic to offer prescriptions filled at reduced costs through the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program and the residents of our community will benefit from discounted drug prices. The primary care clinic will send e-prescriptions to East Liverpool City Hospital’s Pharmacy and residents can then pick up their prescriptions at the hospitals third floor outpatient pharmacy at 425 W. 5th Street, East Liverpool, paying the same low prices as the hospital pharmacy. The Wellsville Clinic will not have its own pharmacy. We encourage patients to call ahead of time to make an appointment with a Primary Care Provider at the Wellsville Clinic at 330-362-4799.
