East Tennesse IREM Chapter 57 is the local chapter covering areas of Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Tri-Cities, including Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol, Tennessee. Current Officers: President, Cat Seagle Scussel, CPM, Realty Trust Group President Elect, Kari Brown, CPM, Providence Commercial Real Estate Treasurer, Jennifer Utesh, CPM, Lawler Wood Secretary, Bryony Stuart, ARM, Blue Ridge IAE, Polly Matherly, Investors Management Service, Inc. IREM® is an international force of 20,000 individuals united to advance the profession of real estate management. Through training, professional development, and collaboration, IREM® supports our members and others in the industry through every stage of their career.
