Eastridge announced today that it is divesting its Workforce Management and Workforce Technology Divisions to Workwell, a global leader in human capital management (HCM) and Employer of Record (EOR) services. This acquisition encompasses Eastridge’s Payrolling/EOR, MSP, and Talient VMS business lines.
