Eaton Peabody represented venture capital firm PureTerra Ventures, in a funding round for KMX Technologies. The round was led by PureTerra Ventures with funds from the European Investment Fund (EIF), and included TETRA Technologies, Inc. (“TETRA”) (NYSE: TTI), a leader in produced water recycling and critical mineral development. The round also included participation from Archer Private Investments, an early major investor, and other existing investors. Meet Patrick Lyons! In addition to his municipal, environmental, and land use practice, Patrick works with a number of businesses in Maine’s aquaculture industry, advising on issues such as permitting, compliance, contracts, and litigation. He also counsels cannabis businesses and municipalities on Maine’s adult use and medical marijuana laws. Patrick serves on the Ellsworth City Council and on the Board of Directors for Healthy Acadia.
