With a newfound emphasis on simplifying customer service from the Whitehouse it's time to look at the sins you may be committing when you are leveraging AI and automation in your customer journey. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Health and Human Services department and the Department of Labor are all expected to release rules that target doom loops where customers are unable to speak to a human and stuck in AI jail.
