As a researcher focused on the endocannabinoid system (ECS), I find Dr. Robert Lustig's post on the need for better nutrition education in medical schools particularly relevant. The ECS plays a crucial role in metabolism and energy balance, yet it's completely overlooked in traditional medical curricula.
